When you use our form we collect: identifiers (name, phone, email, ZIP code), request details (care needed, how you were hurt, whether you have an attorney, your message) and technical data (IP address, browser, page). What you tell us about your injury may be sensitive personal information (health).
Purposes: to answer your request, connect you with medical providers and, if you ask, attorneys; to prevent fraud and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile); and to comply with law. We may share or sell this information to participating medical providers and attorneys. We keep request data for up to 24 months and privacy-request records for 24 months, unless law requires otherwise.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Your California rights
- To know what personal information we hold and to access it.
- To delete it and to correct it.
- To opt out of its sale or sharing: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- To limit the use of your sensitive personal information (same form).

Use the privacy request form or email [email protected]. We verify your identity by matching the details you gave us and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with signed permission.

Service providers that run the site (hosting, email, Cloudflare) and, when you ask, participating medical providers or attorneys. LawyersTrend is not a medical or lawyer referral service.

This site does no cross-site tracking, so it treats every browser the same.
